Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning is a 2018 game by Micah McGonigal. He released it free on itch.io on March 31, 2018. It is a short parody of 1990s educational software. This page is not the official game, and FNAF Free does not host the file.

You are in a school. Each notebook asks three questions. The first two are simple arithmetic. The third is not a real equation, so that answer is wrong. Every wrong answer makes Baldi faster. He walks toward you and slaps a ruler. After the seventh notebook, find an exit.

Playtime stops you for a jump rope. The Principal sends you to detention if he sees you running. It's a Bully blocks a hall and takes one item. A BSODA pushes a character back. Safety Scissors cut Playtime's rope. A swinging door lock holds one door shut for a short time.

How to play

Answer the first two questions on each notebook. The third one cannot be solved, and that wrong answer still speeds Baldi up.

Listen for the ruler. If the slaps get closer, leave that hall. After the seventh notebook, go to an exit.

Use a BSODA when Baldi is close. Use the Safety Scissors on Playtime, not on Baldi. A door lock only holds the door you used it on.

Controls

Move with WASD or the arrow keys. Look with the mouse. Click a notebook, an item, or a door.
