Animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy's are the robots in the 2014 game on the homepage. Players also call that game FNAF 1. Scott Cawthon is the developer. Steam lists August 18, 2014, calls Freddy Fazbear the main attraction and his two friends, and calls them animatronic robots. Steam does not name Bonnie, Chica, or Foxy.
On the Show Stage camera, three of them stand together. Foxy is not on that stage. Golden Freddy is not on that stage either.
What they do from 12 AM to 6 AM
You stay in one office from 12 AM to 6 AM. The cameras show the halls. The doors, the hall lights, and the cameras share one power bar. At zero, the doors open.
Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy move during the night. You watch them. You do not walk the halls. Each of those four has a separate note for the path this version uses.
Who is on these cameras
Freddy Fazbear stands on the right of the Show Stage, in a black top hat and black bow tie, with a microphone in the right hand. He reaches the office along the right hall.
Bonnie the Rabbit stands on the left of that stage with a guitar. He usually comes down the left hall.
Chica the Chicken stands between them. Her bib reads LET'S EAT!!!. The cupcake sits behind Freddy. She usually uses the right hall.
Foxy the Pirate stays behind the curtain in Pirate Cove. The sign reads SORRY! OUT OF ORDER. The hook shows when he steps out.
Golden Freddy is a separate yellow bear in the same game. The West Hall Corner poster usually reads LET'S PARTY!. It can change to his face. Lowering the camera shows him sitting in the office. Raising the camera removes him. This version then returns to the opening screen.
Balloon Boy is a toy in Five Nights at Freddy's 2. He is not one of the five above.
Later models players ask about
Players read the Night 2 phone call in Five Nights at Freddy's 2 as a damaged earlier form of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. They call that form Withered. It is the same four, not a new cast. Toy Freddy, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, Mangle, and the Puppet are different characters in that game.
Five Nights at Freddy's 3 is where players meet Springtrap. Springtrap is not Bonnie. Phantom animatronics are a different set in that game.
Five Nights at Freddy's 4 uses the Nightmare models. Those are different from the 2014 robots.
Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location uses Circus Baby, Ballora, and Funtime Freddy. Funtime Freddy is a different bear. Ultimate Custom Night can include the 2014 cast again.
Glamrock animatronics belong to Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach. Help Wanted, Special Delivery, Help Wanted 2, and Secret of the Mimic use still other models. Players say the 2014 robots are possessed by children. The names they use for Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy come from the wiki. Players do not agree on a name for Golden Freddy. None of those names is a line in the 2014 game.
